Hi, I’m Leanne, mum of three, London-born, Milton Keynes-based, and probably more obsessed with people’s property decisions than is strictly normal.
After graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a BSc Honours Degree in Psychology, I quickly realised just how much human behaviour influences the way people buy and sell homes. Fast forward through years in Sales and Marketing, countless conversations, negotiations, and reading-between-the-lines moments … Estate Agency felt like the perfect fit.
Because let’s face it, moving house is rarely just about bricks and mortar. It’s about emotion, timing, confidence, stress, excitement… and occasionally pretending your children don’t actually live there five minutes before a viewing.
My background in psychology gives me a genuine advantage when it comes to understanding buyer and vendor behaviour. I pick up on the subtle cues during viewings, understand what motivates buyers, and know how to position homes in a way that creates real emotional connection … not just online clicks.
And unlike the big volume-based agencies, where clients can sometimes feel like just another property on a spreadsheet, I offer a far more personal and hands-on approach.
